So here’s a little about us. As one of the UK’s biggest care providers and a leading healthcare provider, here at Allied Healthcare we understand better than most how outstanding care can make a real difference to people’s lives.

We believe that home care isn’t ‘medicine’ to be taken twice a day. It’s a way of improving people’s lives and helping them continue living the life they prefer to lead. Rather than one they feel they have to accept.

No formal office training given just sat next to someone for 2 days then expected to know the job. Also put onto the on call rota on first week with no clue what I had to do. Was very stressful and a 24/7 job even on days off staff contacted you. I had no work life balance and after 12 months walked away from the job. Having to do what’s right for me.
