Going ok at the moment
Been accommodating moving services and changing shifts as needed. Had a long shadowing shift. Helpful staff, nice clients. Minimum wage plus 40p per hour.

Terrible company
Do not work for this company the management are terrible. They will employ anyone..They will employ criminals to look after vulnerable people..The managers are so lazy that they let support workers get away with terrible things

Awful Awful Place to work for
Absolutely Awful place to work. Managers are not to be trusted at this company, Very underhanded goings on. An a lot of jealousy. Can not mention anything good about this company as i had an awful experience working there which I'm sure would not get published.

Great place to work
Worked for AFG for a decade, made friends, learned a lot and laughed a lot. It was one of those workplaces that you feel a sense of belonging and with that comes enjoyment

A great place to work
The working day is busy but the outcomes are so worth it. A great place to work in services. A lot of bad reviews for AFG but these are tough times in health and social care and they can only pay out what they get in. I work in an Independent Hospital and the culture is fantastic. Covid has meant management to be more distanced but always contactable and across the board all companies are going that way. If you do your job capably and aim to contribute to the values to improve both service users and staff's lives you will enjoy working for AFG.
