Nice company to work for
I have only recently joined and am loving it so far. The management are very helpful with accommodating your needs. Flexible working hours so ideal if you have kids. You have to work one day at the weekend every other week but again you choose which day and what hours. All the clients and their families are lovely.

Shifts to suit company,nothing learned, no communication from management, negative work culture between all staff, hard work for little acknowledgement. Little or no contact from CEO or owners, negative s focused on instead of any positives.

Under pay you what you are legally entitled to, no support, don't care about staff or client and employs people that are not fit for the job endangering the client
