Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) - Beeston, uk - 19 October 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedManagement were friendly but very disorganised. Trying to book holidays was a nightmare as I had to wait over a week to get a form. Then once I got the form and selected my days for holiday somehow the management lost it! Then just asked what days I wanted (so there was no need for the form anyway?!). If I arranged time off with the actual company I was working for (not the agency am2pm) because there were no holiday forms available then am2pm would log it as an unauthorised absence even though it was authorised by company managers and logged in the system which am2pm should be monitoring

Would not recommend for professional work
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Wombourne, Staffordshire - 8 September 2023
Work hours & pay rate for the positions I applied for were reasonable, but the overall communication and practices of AM2PM from my experience are bad. I was overbooked to start for a position which they are still advertising as open, and have lied to me about details and information multiple times when contacting. Do not apply if you are looking for professional work.
Pros
Work Hours
Cons
Professionalism

Najgorsza agencja pracy
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) - Normanton Evo, Evri - 29 July 2023
Wykonywana praca oferowana przez agencję AM2PM nie adekwatna do zarobków. Targety i wykorzystywane pracownika to norma. Sama agencja nie wypłaciła mi wszystkicj pieniądzy za zaległy urlop oraz nie otrzymałem payslip'ów za czas pracy. Nie polecam. Omijać z daleka.
Pros
Brak
Cons
Zbyt dużo

Basic 10.42/hour
Warehouse Operative (Current Employee) - Coventry, West Midlands - 4 July 2023
pay is basic, the clients they work with don't have human feelings. We offload many containers with items weighing more than 30kg manually. its hard work.

Decent
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Greater Manchester - 14 June 2023
They find you work quickly and you will get paid weekly. Pay is decent however you will most likely be working with people that don’t know a single word of English

standard warehouse work
Picker/Packer (Current Employee) - Normanton, West Yorkshire - 17 May 2023
can be challenging at times, everyone just gets on with there work and it’s a friendly environment, imo you should get paid more for what you do, best part is weekly pay and you have freedom in the workplace, wear what u like, put an airpod in and crack on.

Jobs at AM2PM Group
Avoid! They do not pay you
Factory Operative (Former Employee) - Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire - 27 March 2023
Having been almost begged to come in and register by a very enthusiastic AM2PM worker, saying work was urgently needed, it could not have been more wrong. There was very little work and ultimately, despite me completing a full shift, AM2PM refused to pay. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU ENJOY VOLUNTEERING
Pros
Easy
Cons
No pay

motivating and promotes growth
Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) - Scunthorpe - 20 December 2022
I enjoy the work thoroughly, always encouraged to strive to be the best. Every member of staff I've met in this company is very friendly and progression routes are clearly explained to you. I would be happy to stay here forever at this point, amazing apprenticeship scheme offered.

Awful
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Wakefield, West Yorkshire - 19 December 2022
They say they will ring you back but never do you always have to ring them, offer you work one day then on the day your supposed to work they give you every excuse to why you can’t work with them. Rude people

Warehouse Operative
Temporary Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Worsley - 24 November 2022
I received half of a wage instead of full (3.75 hours instead of 7.5). No proper sign in/out sheet. Very stressful job, condescending colleagues and supervisor. Would not recommend.
Cons
Pay, certain colleagues

HMP Boot's
Warehouse Operative / Order Picker (Former Employee) - Burton-On-Trent - 17 November 2022
Boot's was a good place to work a few years ago, quality of employees have dropped since the pandemic, workers from Sudbury prison get a better deal than regular agency workers with FLT licences to keep.
Cons
Long hours average pay.

Easy going
Class2 driver (Current Employee) - Glasgow - 4 October 2022
A lot of different jobs in the area so you're getting variety of assignments. The only reason why I didn't give them max score is lack of class 2 night shifts.

50/50 Niether good or bad
Robot (Current Employee) - Branston, Staffordshire - 5 September 2022
What can you do? Need a job cause you got bills to pay, AM2PM paid me right the onsite boss is a decent bloke. Shift patterns are a bit all over. With agency's like this you just move to another as soon as you can secure an extra 50p and hour. Pay peanuts get monkeys. Minimum wage minimum effort and all that jazz.

I wouldn’t
HGV Class 1 Driver (Former Employee) - Glasgow - 1 June 2022
They book you in for shifts that don’t exist in the hope something comes in if not they cancel you last minute minute so you are left with no shift. Most of the clients they have are the ones no other agency wants as the work is rubbish. My advice go to another agency that will keep you going
Pros
Left
Cons
Whole agency

extremely tiring and stressful
Warehouse Picker and Packer (Former Employee) - Hams hall - 19 April 2022
the work was too fast-paced, and if you fell behind, you would be cautioned, regardless if you were new. the training was brief, and the mangers, they would often pressure you to ‘work harder’ to maximise their profits. shifts were understaffed, so the managers would set an almost impossible pick target to make up for it. the job description explicitly states ‘no experience, as full training will be given’, but this just means you follow around a random member of staff for a few hours without a real explanation of what you were supposed to be doing. most new-starters, including myself would just wonder around with no real clue of how things worked, which resulted in more work and higher pick targets. break was 30 minutes, but you were still expected to reach your targets, so most people left early to ensure they wouldn’t fall behind. the entire company is exploitive and I doubt they care about their workers at all. for those wondering, the company is called ‘the works’, avoid at all costs. the agency wasn’t any better, as they were often disorganised and not very helpful.

Do not go to them
Data entry (Former Employee) - Manchester - 30 March 2022
There is some issues : Your work out holiday I paid in a % of work hours around-£15 in 2 holiday days. Every week u stress out if they pay you right. When you send them e mail they wrongly book your days off.
Pros
Weekly pay
Cons
Holiday pay
