Flexible, Easy and nice to work at

Pro - Flexible and can base around your out of work life. - Can do it as well as another job- Can cancel shifts up to 45 minutes beforeCons - Customer is always right with Amazon- Get “marked down” if you return parcels even if customers aren’t at home- If a customer says they didn’t receive their parcel Amazon agree with them straight away without further investigation - Blocks can sometimes be hard to get so don’t rely on Amazon flex as a main source of income - They can and will terminate your account of little mishaps

It’s okay

If you’re new, not much guidance, but you will pick it up pretty quickly, not worth it if you live outside the town. Payment can be good when there is a price surge.

Mixed

The pay is good, the runs they do for self employed is ridiculous and high mileage. You complain about the runs or a problem and you go round in circles and get no where. They give you a run 20-30 mins away from depot, then give you a run that is your time that you picked up so already your going over and not being paid then homes that aren’t close together and too high in mileage.Pros
