No they will most likely get rid of you unless you meet there ridiculous targets. If they do keep you, you would end up working even longer hours in the long term and will be given harder targets at peak time which will be almost impossible to achieve due to the warehouse being so busy. That’s will give them a reason to get rid of you and they most probably would. It’s a survival game. I also noticed there is favouritism. All the people that are a permenent workers seem way to close to the management. Like they joke about and speak the same language. I’ve also seen certain fellow temporary workers get extra help from instructors that speak their language. I don’t think they’re racist but it’s very clear your ride will be easier and you will make more friends if your from eatsern Europe

You do get time and a half for 40 to 50 hours, and double time for 50 to 60.I received no bonuses and 'perfect attendance flexi' bonus converts out of your own holidays...
£7.65 per hour is paid with plenty of overtime available if required. You are only allowed to work a maximum of 50 hours per week
