Pay is every week and performance review is every month.
PMP are a very good recriutment to work for as they are straight to the point and very helpfull in getting available work without too much complications and starting work the next day if available.
If you are hitting your targets, then you will rarely have performance reviews, whereas if you find yourself struggling, then they most likely will discuss your progress with you more often as a means to help you deal with any problems you may have achieving targets. I rarely failed to meet targets so I was rarely spoken to regarding my performance.
