What is the interview process like at Amazon.com?

  • Very, very long, very unnecessary process so lengthy. I likened it to buying a house. Spanned over three months.
Had to take two assessment tests on line. Maths, accounts, profit and loss type.

I was interviewed and questioned six times ( twice by the same individual on different dates) asking the same competency and result oriented questions as if anything had changed from the last questioning. Two telephone interviews which were clear and then 4 video conferencing calls of about 45- 50 mines each. First two had faulty videos and could not connect properly the last two had voice issues and could hear nothing.

  • No individual 1-1 interview, everything done in group sessions and you feel under appreciated from day 0! Job looks good in writing/adverts/pictures, but underneath that it’s modern slavery😡

  • Nice conversation with positive people.

  • Motivational based questions.

  • Went through agency.

  • Well structured and a professional approach

  • Group interview and then induction which could be shorter.

  • It's one day and then you get the start date. I started the same week.

  • Quick easy and simple

  • 3 hours long
