What is the work environment and culture like at Amazon.com?

it was ok, they did help but there is too much pressure

Work is face paced and enjoyable, just need more management over the running of the place, they do expect to much out of everyone

Not a good place to work lots of politics unless you are yes sir to management lots of people don't speak English mosyt of the workers fro Eu countries no eglisgh different cultures no thank you

Great place to work and if I could id go back, maybe change the breaks to a bit longer? I don't really know but definitely change the way they do their interviews, make it more energised.

Look at everyone's faces as they leave the shift before you. Their soul has been sucked out of them.

Harsh. Likely to be too hot and get injured. Be prepared to be spoken down to, told you're not working fast enough and warned that they'll get rid of you. Bad language. Some aggressive staff. You are effectively a human robot.
