Its busy and when you get there it is hard work and there are few breaks and then there is the management who are very strict and don't like people chatting

If its general picker roll its very fast paced to hit quota, with out much time to stop.It would be easier if there was better organisation as sometimes how fast paced it can be can lead to errors on site.

Overly clicky place with little chance of getting work unless you always do more overtime than everyone else

Be prepared to work until you get overwhelmed then get help after you get criticised even though the work load was not possible for one person will drop you with very little notice if you don't do more overtime than others

Fun workplace

You will be on your feet all day but you get extra breaks to help you keep your stress levels down as long you ask your manager or supervisor and the job is very easy as anyone can do the job and it’s suitable for all ages but one down side that the bathroom is far away if you need to go to the bathroom you will have to ask the stowers if they can cover you or you can ask your supervisor and you can listen to music with one ear piece to help you concentrate and to help you stay focused and to lose track of time so you won’t get bored the most enjoyable part of the job is our onsite TV’s with XBOX and PS5 in the canteen and pool tables and soon a GYM free membership for Blue badges to be able to use the onsite GYM and green badges will have to pay £3 to use the gym the money will go towards upgrading the equipment that you use and it will also go towards party’s for all your hard work that you do for our customers
