Great salary bonuses !!
I love working at Amazon. Shame that when your 9month contract ends they lay you off and you have to wait 3 months to return. But the overtime is really good and the pay rate is excellent !
Pros
Free canteen on events! Free drinks machines!
Cons
Long time on your feet

Not for everyone
If you work Nightshifts you can make a decent Wage, a little less on Dayshift.Communication can be difficult as there are a lot of Eastern European Team Leaders/Trainers so you have a language barrier plus everything is via an App, inc Holiday Booking and more so takes a bit of getting used to if you are normally face to face communicating with HR ect.Like any Major Factory you are basically a Number and you will come across some Team Leaders & Managers that are less than friendly and they're ethic is just Work, Work, Work then Work some more!
Pros
Better than average Wage these days
Cons
Antisocial Hours on Nights, Communications
