Long hours and lot of weekend work

hardworking fun flexible workplace
PROBEMZ>i worked at Amazon Peterborough on a temp contract for PMP recruitment. Over the 9 months period i found the experience positive. it is a fun hardworking environment (even more so, i would say without covid restrictions) as a temp progression is hard and i hoped to gain a more permanent position but although i completed my contract, they rarely if ever do this but you can return. They are flexible in the hours worked but do want you to be as hardworking as possible. it is a factory so jobs are repetitive and easy enough and training is provided with a good coaching system.
Pros
onsite parking, onsite food, flexibility, good management.
Cons
temporary. penalty system
