Pay rises are frequent and I have had many rises in my time at Amberleigh care. They always try to stay in line or above the cost of living and include bonuses such as a refer a friend, loyalty bonus and recently a cost of living bonus.

Fast pace environment, environment changes on a daily basis. High staff turn over at times. As you are supporting young people whom have suffered trauma, you have to keep up with the changing working environment
