Dont Look After You
During my time working for this company, I was basically told which store(s) to work in and that was pretty much the only communication I had with my area manager. I had made multiple requests to be moved to a more local store due to family illness but they never once made any effort to try and relocate me. This would eventually lead to my mental health taking a major downfall and having a number of break downs. It wouldn't be until the store's manager had noticed my attitude towards work that Amberstone had finally decided to attempt to relocate me. Was laid off after 6 months without notice or redundancy pay with no offer to relocate apart from that they were good to work for good balance in work life

Stay clear and don't waste your time
Contracts are being lost left right and center and no comms. As you glance at the many excellent reviews for working for them you've probably come to a decision to stay clear. Take that advice and find another place of work. Untrustworthy, false promises, and no comms from management. The control rooms are very helpful and pay is ok, apart from that I guess another couple of years and they won't have anyone left to work for them or clients willing to take the gamble.

Rubbish communication
I did 3 month with the company then they told me I failed the probation period and dismissed me that day with no explanation Gave me no chance to explain anything for a FAIR chance to stay employed Hard to get hold of management they reply days later.Take ages to deal with situations that arise and expect you to work at drop of a hat ie: they change your shifts the night before and extend them when suits them STAY CLEAR
