Excellent company
Good company to work for, hybrid working since Covid 19. Good management team leaders really try their best to accommodate your needs. Good benefits and changing roles after a few years is encouraged at the low band roles

Below average pay and an expectation to always work more.
Not the worst place in the world to work but like most places you are just a number. You will be given extra work and expected to do this for no incentive.American express will consistently boast about profits but refuse to raise wages.

Poor management
Overall a nice workplace if you’re into office work and like working hard for bonuses. Can get extremely boring and repetitive depending on witch department you’re working for. My manager was lacking some social and management skills unfortunately.

Good if you can handle the pressure
Training is extensive and well structured. The job is fine, high volumes of calls everyday, dealing with customers about their account and cards. Management could improve, very focused on target and KPI and doesn’t care much about employees well-being

Wouldn't recommend.
I quit after 2 weeks on the job. I learned that those in higher positions only promote and provide opportunities to their friends.Management seemed used to people quitting, as they had rolling training programs.
