Great company benefits but poor development & direction
Too many changes being made, by senior leaders who are making those decisions for their own career progression, without a reality or insight into the negative impact of their personal projects. Leading to unhappiness and disconnection between colleagues and managers.

Ok
An okay place to work, they make it seem like it’s the best company but they give you extra responsibility with no extra pay, so now I have double the work load and get told ‘oh but your benefits are great’ sorry but the ride to work scheme doesn’t pay my rent

Good job. Hours and pay not great.
People are treated very well. Fun place at times, good atmosphere plenty of support in every way. Quite low pay. Bad shift pattern. So overall good for younger candidates but not if you have dependents. Some late finishes. Some opportunities for sideways moves to keep the interest up. Some chance of genuine advancement but most who wish to do better actually decide to leave.

It’s an American company with high expectations
Not any ordinary company but an American company that has a lot of expectations as you would expect but after all it’s a trustworthy company to work for!My lead is very helpful and completely understands my requirements and helps as much as she could but again sometimes don’t have any free time to spare…Products are very good and they completely understand engineers needs and never underestimate...
