Then you have an interview (via visio or office) - with Team Leader or other
HR calls you to give you an answer. If you are successful, they ask you to provide documents for background check
Careful : lying about resume is an automatic stop to the process. Or if you cannot prove via background check you must have strong arguments.The best, most effective way is with a recommendation.
Interview process and then if they are interested, lots of security checks and form filling and then maybe after a long wait, the job offer.
The process is long which for a financial company making checks is to be expected.
