This depends on your role. We have a number of positions within our retail stores, leisure complexes and our retail support centre. Obviously, we do require flexibility during operational hours to ensure that our locations are fully equipped to deal with all of our customers. In terms of our retail support centre colleagues we do have a hybrid working policy currently.
