School I work in great and work mates great,
Management with amey are shocking not interested, can never get through to them on phones attitudes are disgusting the way they talk down to people. Always doing extra work with no appreciation

I worked for company the job I enjoyed until they started to not care only in last 2 years though to many manager changes and managers on site not trained well enough to take on role

Not the worst place to work. Decent hours offering a variety of start and finish times. Doesn't pay well unless you do night shift. Winter patrols driving gritters are a decent way to make money
