In 1969 the first showroom opened in Ipswich before the company expanded its factory a year later selling PVCu products. Over priced products that are already available on the market at a much lower cost.Commission based only so no basic pay.Could go for weeks or months with no pay.Managers favourites will get all of the hot opportunities.The company will close a deal that you have pitched for hours on end at much lower cost so they will hit their target and receive a bonus.. Basically if you have a car they then tell you of the riches you will make from all the well qualified leads you will get through. Me and about 4 others from the course I was on were getting hardly any and so badly qualified it was a joke. Drive for an hour to someone who was not even home, someone who was in the vinerable category and should not have a salesperson in the house but that's ok cause the person who arranged them gets paid. Just avoid this place at all costs
