A total nightmare. This firm is a complete and utter shambles of a business. It is badly managed, inefficient and disorganised with a thriving bully-culture amongst the staff. Management certainly do NOT value, or care for their staff, no matter how well you think you might be doing, you should expect phone calls from management on a daily basis, knocking you down a peg. You will also be expected to cover shifts on a very regular basis, due to staff constantly coming and going, you'll be working 50+ hour weeks for very little pay, and no thanks whatsoever. You should expect verbal abuse on a daily basis, from management, other members of staff and clients - who can blame the clients for doing it when they see management screaming in our faces? It's clearly acceptable behavior. I cannot stress how unpleasant this place is, you will be made to feel mentally unstable, please avoid at all costs.

No no noDreadful. If you like being made to feel mentally unstable because of how much work is expected of you for very little pay, ridiculous hours, terrible management and an extremely disorganised and chaotic practice then this is the place for you. You are treated like an idiot and spoken to terribly and shouted at, made to feel guilty if you are working anything less then 50+ hour weeks, because of all the over time that is expected of you as people are walking out and leaving left right and centre because they cannot take anymore of the stuff this place throws at you. If you work here, expect to have no work life balance, be back-stabbed by management and moaned about constantly even though you are trying your absolute best. They have no respect for anyone except maybe 4 staff members which have been there years, all of which are allowed and encouraged to speak to other members of staff like dirt and make them feel incredibly small and gang up on them. The clients are incredibly awkward as the management are so soft on them and have encouraged this behaviour for years and will always blame the staff member if a client has an issue with something (such as asking a client to pay their vet bill!) However they really aren’t fussy with their staff as anyone in the industry would tell you not to go there, so they literally take on anyone! I would just avoid at all costs.

Worst place to workDisrespectul to the point you just never want to return again. Always finish atleasrt an hour late. Atleast half of the vets are gossiping as well as all the nurses. No chance of progressing here. Very unorganised. Over charge clients and never mange their consult times efficiently. Management are very disrespectful to their staff tp the point they swear at them and treat them like poo under their shoes. Worst place to work!!!
