Healthcare Assistant/ Support Worker in Lincolnshire
on 18 February 2022
Flexible but tricky.
Great at being flexible around you but very pushy when you have no availability that week for them. Sometimes put into scenarios you are not equipped for at the job site. Often negative stimuli of being an “agency worker”. Easy communication and contacted after a shift is there was an issue needed addressing for a debrief. Hard to get hold of for references which then makes moving on difficult.

Is not good anymore
This was a good workplace but now it is poor. Rude office staff, all say they understand when faced with a problem but not help at all. This job is run by people who don't know CQC rules and run a dangerous company, someone will be hurt or worse one day.
Support worker (agency) in Retford, Nottinghamshire
on 10 June 2022
Great agency with good management
Over all good people to work for, always at the end of the phone if you need anything. Easy to use the app on your phone for booking shifts & getting timesheets signed. Pay has always been correct & on time.
Support Worker in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Terrible communication, not paid correctly, no work/home life balance or flexible hours as stated, expected to travel long distances at your own expense. Avoid
Healthcare Support worker in Lincolnshire

Expect too much
Minimum pay....Maximum travel, all at own expense . No bonuses or incentives.Long hours, supposed to be flexible, but contact you all the time to cover care packages even though you have worked long hours they don't take this into consideration . Tell you that hourly rates are set & can't go up, no matter how much experience you may have, but will offer more when it suits them when they are really desperate. Take on new care packages , but can't honour the packages they have.
