Flexible but tricky.
Great at being flexible around you but very pushy when you have no availability that week for them. Sometimes put into scenarios you are not equipped for at the job site. Often negative stimuli of being an “agency worker”. Easy communication and contacted after a shift is there was an issue needed addressing for a debrief. Hard to get hold of for references which then makes moving on difficult....

Annicare of course is No. 1 among all Care Home Agencies I have seen/known and heard about. Good working environment & accommodating colleagues. Lol👌

Great company
Annicare is a great place to work, very flexible in terms of when and where you work, when I was employed work was very available. This changed with lockdown unfortunately

Is not good anymore
This was a good workplace but now it is poor. Rude office staff, all say they understand when faced with a problem but not help at all. This job is run by people who don't know CQC rules and run a dangerous company, someone will be hurt or worse one day.
