  • Not Organised al all, jobs thrown at you left right and centre , forced to work over your hours , management don’t care about employees and don’t want to listen, your just a number if you leave they can replace you and do the same to another person til they leave .

  • Its not organised at all. The less you know the higher you will go. If you really are thick you will likely be put in charge of a department you know nothing about or made the head of one. Your staff will keep leaving but AO will keep supporting you and care little about the fact you are destroying your department and the good staff keep going.

  • One manager doesnt know what the other manager is doing

  • Very disorganised

  • Everything is the driver fault and the driver gets charged accordingly

  • From an engineers point of view, totally ignorant
