Productive work place
It's a very good company to work for, all drivers and management staff are very friendly apart from 1 or 2.. Who speak to their drivers like pure dirt, And use very disgusting language towards drivers. Also work long hours with no break

Good compnay but over worked
I started her on a permanent basis but kept me on longer. Good easy nice managment but expect a lot of drop offs and pick up per day. Constantly worried about speeding to get the job done in time and so you dint have to work 14 hours to get them all done on time...Driving licence cost a lot and takes time but no time to loose. If you honour your licence not the job for you

Stressful and Unorganised.
Working at APC is something that ha. It has been really challenging to me because I really needed that job and i did not have possibility to change. Working at APC is really stressful depending on the job roles that you will have. Some people really work hard and care about the company standards and values but many people dont, on higher position especially.

unorganised, stressful and low paid
Didn't enjoy my time working for this company at all. It seemed like there was no organisation going on at all, so it was very hard to get the work done, especially when it was the rush hour and it got really overwhelming. Plus it was hard when you were new staff yourself and there was new staff constantly starting work every week that was let to figure things out on their own. Many times the cages were blocked, so you didn't know where to put the parcels or there was no cage at all, so many people just dropped the stuff everywhere. There also was almost no teamwork present, little to none communication between staff. When new staff made mistakes, others would get angry, but in general it seemed like people weren't cooperative. On my end, there were some lovely teammates working that did communicate and let me know what's better and even gave tips, which was honestly one of the only positive things about working here.Overall, it wasn't clear what you were supposed to do each night and the work was all over the place, which I did expect because it's warehouse, however there were some quite times and it wasn't clear what you were supposed to do, so you looked for other things to do, because they expect you to be active all the time, but then they get angry when you're not in the spot they want you to be at. You really don't get paid enough for this mess.
