Last week we grew by over 300 new team members as we took on Enthuse Care and welcomed them to the team. Enthuse Care Managing Director James sadly lost his battle with cancer last year.
From Malcolm, our Managing Director "James and I have always been good friends in business, and it’s an honour to be able to keep his team together and welcome them to Apex. As a family-run company, we know the importance of caring for our loved ones'
Who we are and what we do
We are a family-run care business with branches located across the south coast. Whilst our clients vary in age, care needs, and lifestyle, they have all chosen to live in the comfort and security of their own homes.
Here at Apex, we do things a little differently, we put our family values at the forefront of everything we do.
Do you want to make a difference in people's lives every day? There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a person’s face light up when you enter their home. Listen to their stories, hear their laughter and see the warmth of their smiles. You could make someone’s day, just by being you!
Our Core Values
Becoming an Apex Carer
We provide a free induction training course for all our new staff members, followed by a period of shadowing before you start caring in the community. We make sure you have all the support you need to make a great start and become a confident Apex Carer.
Our training doesn't stop there. We provide refresher courses conducted by our own in-house trainers on a regular basis.
Be the best version of YOU
Career progression and training are extremely important to us here at Apex Prime Care, it means we're shaping talented employees and their future.
We have over 100 employees enrolled on apprenticeships, from care professionals to administrators.
For an employee, an apprenticeship means you're learning on the job, gaining valuable experience, and getting paid. For us as an employer, it means we're shaping talented employees and their future. It's a win-win!
