How Apex Prime Care Works

We are a family run organisation with over twenty branches in the South of England. We are committed to creating a welcoming and supportive work environment for our staff, by investing in our training opportunities and working side by side with our employees. Apex Carers are professional, warm, friendly, and passionate about caring for their clients. Apply today for a rewarding career tomorrow!

Our Core Values

Free Induction and Refresher Training

We provide a free induction training course for all our new staff members, followed by a period of shadowing before you start caring in the community. We make sure you have all the support you need to make a great start as an Apex carer. Our training doesn't stop there. We provide refresher courses conducted by our own in-house trainers on a regular basis.

Driver's Required, Opportunity for Company Car

As a Home Care company, our carers are out in the community visiting client's own homes. We require that our carers hold a valid driving license. If you don't have access to your own car, there may be an opportunity to use a company car. Apply today and find out! *Terms and Conditions Apply

Regular Support for Staff

Our branches hold yearly meetings for everyone to get together, Regional Manager's Care Co-ordinators, and Home Care Assistants are all in attendance. See Newbury's annual meeting pictured outside the branch. As well as a yearly meeting, there are three other opportunities each year, formal and informal, for our staff to chat about their progress and what could be in store in the future.

Manager's Attend Specialist Training

Nearly all our Registered Manager's from across 21 branches met on a regular basis to attend a series of specialist workshops. We provide excellent training opportunities both in house and externally, so we can provide a better workplace environment, and support our staff.

Havant Council Job Fair

We attend multiple job fairs throughout the South West so we can get involved with the local community, talk to new faces and welcome people to our care team.
