Management are put under a tremendous amount of pressure and this unfortunately will lead to backlashes on their staff, who they don't have a lot of time for.
It's all about keeping the client happy and the upper echelons will have you dancing around in banana outfits if that's what it takes.They are not organised ull be lucky to speak to pay roll
Basically there are 2 teams the actual staff and the management team. management think there politicians and tend to conduct them self as such, To many egos and promises and not enough work
