Recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers

We’re looking for Healthcare Assistants across the UK who have at least 3 months previous care experience to help us deliver high quality complex care for our clients in their homes. You will work one-to-one or two-to-one with your client delivering person-centred complex clinical, personal, and social care, throughout the day or night and help them to get out and about into the community or to educational settings where required. This allows you the opportunity to build strong relationships with your client and make a huge difference to their lives. We will provide you with extensive training in the specific complex care needs of your client and the clinical tasks involved such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management and PEG feeding. This provides an excellent opportunity for you to progress your healthcare career into a more complex role. We understand the importance of regular quality placements of work and we ensure that you receive ongoing support, training, and development to help you grow your healthcare career.

Recruiting Registered Nurses

Our clients with highly complex care needs often require a Registered Nurse to oversee their care. This can include managing the care team and ensuring the highest standards of care are always delivered. We’re looking for Registered Nurses to oversee our care packages, for bank work to help cover shifts and to fill our permanent Nurse positions within our local hubs, located right across the UK.

Recruiting Nursery Nurses

Many of our clients are children and young people and we value the skills and experience that Nursery Nurses can bring to our team and our client’s care packages. Whilst our children and young people require high levels of care, they also require lots of play time, ensuring that they get to enjoy all the things that every child of their age wishes to experience. Sensory play, trips to the park, playing computer games or with their favourite toys, and having lots of fun often forms part of the day-to-day routine of our young clients. We provide comprehensive training that provides Nursery Nurses with the opportunity to progress their career into a more complex care role, working with children who have long-term or life-limiting conditions and making a huge difference to their and their families lives.
