As a general rule of thumb, we ask for 6 month's experience. Each package of care is bespoke to our client so there will be a different level of experience needed for each. Please feel free to review our adverts or call us to find out more.

You accrue holidays when you work with us. The more you work, the more you accrue. This will then be put into a pot to be paid when you take annual leave. This is in addition to your hourly rate.

What are the pay rates like?

As of 2020, our pay rates start at a minimum of £10 per hour, increasing based on the shift, location and the service user you are working with.

The working hours are dependent on the package of care you will be working on. Our clients have bespoke needs so the rota will reflect that. You will be advised of the hours prior to coming to your interview. We can offer both full and part time roles.

What is the interview process.

You will be invited to a telephone screening to discuss your skills and experience. You will then be invited to a face to face interview at your local office. Following a successful interview, you will then go through our induction and training programme.
