We work on a basis of Terms and Conditions but due to specialising in complex clinical care you are trained specifically with a client and you will have long term, regular hours.
It's good if they have contract hours for each employee
We don’t bother with contracts
Zero hours contract which is good has you can choose what days and hours you work
