Be honest to staff and service users. Actually do what it says on job advert. Do not take on package when your unable to staff. Look after your staff.
Employ qualified people

I would offer free travel to training, not employ more people Enron packages cutting the hours of all when they request full time hours and offer further training within the company plus an option of possible promotions
Load of rubbish lie all the time doing make shifts are not covered whenever you want I change something that you want they tell you that we can't do that lot of rubbish
