Interviews at Apollo Home Healthcare

Our interview process starts with a telephone screening and then progresses to a face to face interview. During the telephone screening we will gain an understanding of your previous care experience and the sort of work that you are looking for. If you pass the telephone screening process, you will then be matched to any vacancies that we have available and booked in for interview The face to face interview will either take place at your local Apollo Home Healthcare office, or at a specified location for off-site interviews. During the interview we work from competency based questions that are designed to get a full understanding of your previous care experience, along with some scenario based questions.

What is the interview process.

You will be invited to a telephone screening to discuss your skills and experience. You will then be invited to a face to face interview at your local office. Following a successful interview, you will then go through our induction and training programme.
