Supportive and Great Company Culture

I've been working here for nearly 2 years and regularly made a public reviewed of working here. I can confirm Nealy 2 years in and I'm still happy to be working at Appoint Healthcare. Really supportive managers and senior members of the team, everyone's approachable and we all get on really well. Its fun and chatty but we also are all money driven so have reasonable KPI's that are tailored to your ability and desk. End of Quarters are always fun. The MD is so approachable and very hands on in the business and everyday tasks, really nice to have that relationship with him. He keeps us in the loop with business updates and takes thoughts on board, the conversation is always open. Work life balance is also the best things about working here, they really are understanding.

Incredibly supportive and fun environment to work in. Recruitment is not an easy job but Appoint have given me the tools and support I need to succeed in my role. The culture is positive and encouraging, fun social events and a great office environment. Perfect for both experienced recruiters and novices alike.

Brilliant team

I have worked at other recruitment companies and can honestly say Appoint Group is such a lovely place to work - so lovely I do have quite a commute everyday when there are other companies much closer to home I could work with. The team are friendly and most have been here for quite a long time - turn over of staff is really low especially for a recruitment company. Wages are fair with a good commission structure and progression is there if you want it - they recognise talent here. We did not have to furlough anyone throughout covid and the support I have received here has been phenomenal especially when I had a period of ill health and a family bereavement - no toxic work culture everyone pitches in and is a real team! - Can honestly say I cant see myself working anywhere else

Supportive, fun, caring

Appoint Group is such a great company to work for, everybody is honest, fun, friendly and caring. It is a small team and has a fantastic ethos, everybody supports eachother's growth and celebrates success. There is no hierarchy or condescending attitude. Everybody is passionate and has a strong work ethic which really shows in the work everybody does - we work hard and play harder, with lots of social events and incentives for the end of each quarter. Most members of the team are extremely loyal and have been with the company for many years. Overall fantastic team/company - I would highly recommend if you want to have a fantastic successful career with generous pay and compensation, with not only great colleagues but a work family.

Appoint Group is a fantastic place to work and offers excellent opportunities for those who wish to take them and advance in their careers. They offer excellent opportunities for training and development and there is always support available if you need it. The team environment is excellent and they are very close knit, they have end of quarter social events and regularly arrange other events in-between these. They also regularly do activity days / sales days / power hours with rewards which are extremely fun and motivating. Appoint Group manage to make the workplace fun and engaging and it is a very enjoyable place to work.

Really fun place to work

Appoint Group is a fantastic place to work. The whole team are really friendly, down to earth and welcoming. Everyone goes above and beyond the criteria stipulated for their job role and provides the best service possible. We always get up to fun activities such as power hours or sales days and our end of quarter nights out / events are always really enjoyable. I NEVER get the Sunday night feelings of dread about coming to work on a Monday- it really is a fantastic place to work.
