Be a little more mindful of the staff and listen their concerns, and act upon them! Also be a little more careful about who you employ. Take on staff who want to be in catering, and those who actually know what they are doing.
Follow through when serious complaints are made. Try being management instead of the people that tell you what to do and nothing else when there are serious problems with some of the people that have been there for years
