Answered 19 January 2021All shifts are applied for by their app, they remain pending for days then close. Most shifts are given priority to Compass or host staff ARC staff are used to fill gaps. Regular shifts are not guaranteed so you may not get enough shifts on a ongoing basis.

Answered 21 October 2020[I am speaking on pre-pandemic way of interviewing here] It is a phone call at first to get some more information about you then you are invited for a group-oriented session that will test on whether you are prepared for hospitality work or not. It isn't anything challenging and even if you are confused on procedures and few other stuff, you will be learning while working. It is not an interview-process in which you need to be perfect to get in. If you show potential especially with your personality, you are in.
