Okay
FineDidn't work there long. No probs or cons on short time. Left due to relocation . Would have liked to spend more time with HR but this was often a challenge.

Up hill struggle every day
Nothing good to say .hr seem to laugh at you when you need help .if you want to take a company to court and win Arcus is the firm to work .for team leaders are given the job to pass employees bad news on a regular basis .every one is on a different wage .it’s not what you know it’s who you know , and if you know nothing and don’t care this is the firm to work for

Avoid
Working there is good when management likes you. As soon as something is not right you are the worst. No support and no help in anything. Hardly any training was given. . Head office doing nothing to support in any way. HR absolutely useless. Should not be even called HR . They have no clue how to work with people

manager was inept always working from home?too much work and not enough staff , taking on contracts they cant fullfil expect you to work all hour god sends mostly at night then expect you to be in work in the morning, money was ok but expected to work long days, and nights lasted 3 weeks before i left
