Changed and no longer about their people
I worked at Arden for over 2 years. When I first joined it was people place. Everyone helped others achieve their goals and there was a real sense of belonging. This has changed hugely over the years and you no longer feel part of a team. It is quite a selfish company and I couldn’t think of a happier day than handing my notice in. I could really see myself growing at Arden but was told unless someone leaves I wouldn’t be able to advance. Not what you expect from a company growing at the rate that they are. A real shame.
