Treat your employees like human beings not machines, and teach your managers how to organise things properly and be respectful towards staff, and stop friends hiring friends and family as managers, and actually I would say walk a mile in my shoes, go home tired like I do, fall asleep all day like I do because of your demands and stop treating me unfairly and taking liberties, attitudes need to change within Arnold Clark absolutely appalling how workers some of which have had to work through covid who are probably more drained and have no gratitude shown to them.Asked 27 March 2019
