How are the working hours at Arnold Clark?

Not great. they vary depending on how the day is going expect you to stay till your job is done even if it means staying late.
The working hours are renowned for being long. Even still, every hour you are facing all sorts of tasks and constantly developing new skills. I currently work a 6 day week but Arnold Clark has recently introduced a 5 day contract which is rolled out to all new sales executives. Although this doesn't suit myself, I can definitely see the improvement available in your work-life balance which has become a key focus within Arnold Clark.
9am-6pm Monday-Friday
9am-1pm Saturday
Sometimes asked to do an occassional Sunday for special events which would be 9am-1pm too6 days a week from 8am to 8pm.
Personally, the working hours are great. 4 on 4 off is a big plus.
