Reviews about Pay & benefits for Product Consultant at Arnold Clark
It's okay
Product Consultant (Current Employee) - Aberdeen, Aberdeen City - 22 January 2022
Could be a lot better. Pay can be good only if you get good sales. Too busy to give customers a good experience. Decent structure at least, but still a high chance of a problem occuring that isn't your fault, so you need to be good at problem solving on your feet.

productive, fun working environment
Product Consultant (Current Employee) - Doncaster, South Yorkshire - 23 March 2020
Different to any other work environment, loads of laughs, helpful staff, but pressure applied when necessary. management ensure a good working environment but don't allow it to go too far and keep staff grounded and working hard.
Great job to push yourself in, definitely earn the rewards if you put the work in.
Pros
meet new people, drive nice cars, great benefits, good salary
Cons
long hours, sometimes in on days off

Deductions and Stress !!
Product Consultant (Former Employee) - Inverness, Highland - 17 October 2019
takes a special type of person to work here.
extremely stressful and rewarding at the same time - in my group the people are awesome, the upper management ... no so much.
Deductions from an already poor wage for little indiscretions - with no warning you will just receive an email to tell you it is been taken.
if you have small bill and love a challenge ... go for it.
Pros
Un-capped earnings
Cons
Zero personal life
