Arup Really Does Care
I was let go from the place due to not being able to fulfil the conditions of my apprenticeship as i was struggling severely with my mental health. but i can admit that my managers really showed compassion and tried to help as much as they could giving me all the support available and also being more lenient and understanding. the workplace itself was so great and everyone was lovely. The work life balance is amazing good work environment and lovely people. Everyone was ridiculously friendly to the point in is unsettling. Only issue is work load was quite hard to manage at points. But all in all great experience.Manager in Solihull, West Midlands
