What advice would you give the CEO of ASDA about how to improve it?

  • Need more colleagues and less managers. Stock needs to be on the shelves for us to achieve the sales not in the back or on topstock. There are not enough people to do the job and daily stuff is off sale but is in the building! At the end of the day its just a shop, we need shop keepers. That is all.

  • Pay extra for professional drivers especially as we have to now load our own vehicle (no choice ) why pay us the same as a shop worker think outside the box this is why the turn over of staff is massive hence poor service levels as continuous turn over of staff and please get vehicles defects fixed they are atrocious and a poor advert for Asda

  • I would advise the ceo get asda store more colleagues as the team they have so feed up of doing three people job. If you have more colleagues to put stock on the shift then your get more sells and would have to save hours ever week.

  • I would say to go in shopping undercover and see how awful customer service and rudeness in action puts off shopping there. The front of shop self service area

  • If your employees are hunting for work to do then you are over staffed. There should always be enough work for the staff.

  • Pay your staff what they are worth and stop hiding behind an army of lawyers trying to keep your pockets full
