Repetitive
Not the best place to work at as it became very repetitive quickly and frequently had staff leaving due to managements lack of communication and shift patterns .

Depends on the size of your department
The job isn’t bad, and it’s pretty easy to learn how the system works and everything. It’s retail though so expect everything that sucks about retail to be present. How enjoyable and doable this is depends on how big your department is imo. Big department with hundreds of orders = awful. Smaller department with a couple dozen regular customers = not bad. I’ve done the same job at several locations.

Retail work
retail work is getting worse. getting rid of staff and cutting hours where they can. stressing employees out to points of nervous breakdowns. no real care shown even when the issa brother came into the store they left within 20 minutes, not interested unless they are making money. good benefits though 10 percent off shopping

Not best company
Hard worked, poorly payed. Mithered to do extra. Monitored work. Understaffed and unfair distribution of work. Lazy managers.Difficult to get ppe. Dirty washrooms and toilets. Equipment unfit for use in a lot of cases and unclean.Understaffed so one person has to do two peoples work. Most employees are unhappy.
