Absolutely awful. Management are quick to blame colleagues for the mess the mangers have created. If your bad at your job or just can’t be bothered,not to worry the workload is just thrown on people that do there job properly. More you do the more they expect.

If your face doesn't fit your picked on

Good to start with, than for no reason what so ever you isolated made to feel uncomfortable. When asked a colleague if everything is OK or have I said something. No response. In the end I got another job and left.

Easy fast paced

Typical supermarket basic pay rate no real progression available unless in a click. Poor management unsupportive rude and no people skills.Colleagues are good help feel like a family unit. Hours are flexible and can work around most lifestyles.
