What is the best part of working at the company? The pays not bad better than most shop jobs What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Dealing with customers that don’t have any patience What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Poor most employees mope around unhappy all complaining about management the store is filthy too so I would never shop there myself What is a typical day like for you at the company? Busy then can go quiet and boring but my job is interesting unlike some

While it's not the best paid job, driving for ASDA is fairly rewarding. You are helping the community and spend most of your day out on deliveries with nobody telling you what to do. The organisation isn't great, but from what I've heard, it's no worse than other supermarket employers.

Chaotic workplace with little regard to keeping timings.
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) - Preston, Lancashire - 30 November 2023
Arrive to work, get sent out late due to staffing problems. Management are getting better with support but iirs taken a very long time and a change of manager. The best part is once your out no one bothers you or is breathing down your neck. Staff can be very childish and spread rumours behind peoples backs. Do t process sick pay leaving you payless even with a drs note

Asda rhyl.. Management all two faced. Treat you like dirt. Backstabbers 2 faced . They have their favourites : the lazy ones who dictate what runs they want. Revolving door. They cannot find staff to do afternoon / lates as its dark at 4 and all out of the way addresses with apalling so called sat navs. The good drivers were either sacked or quit. They reap what they sow . Never work for asda.
Pros
None
Cons
