Twilight shift 1800-0000, managers change routines with no imput from those that will be carrying them out and with minimal notice.Management generally disrespectful to all others even when new to the role and very little training or advice while on the job.

If you can handle being on your feet all day then it’s a fair job, friendly environment and understanding management.Pay is alright, hardest part would be the back pain you get after a while.

The job itself is demanding physically and mentally and shop it poorly managed. However section leaders and colleagues genuinely make up for that, and the job is also always busy which makes shifts go quick.
