ASDA Employee Review

Horrible

Not worth working there. Managers don’t care. All about saving money even if it means making colleagues do the jobs of 2-3 people. Not a fun place to be. Avoid at all costs

Not a desirable place to work

Management are often without full training meaning incorrect methods are passed to new colleagues. This is a good place for a first job but many unhappy colleagues in the workplace make it not very nice to work there.

Poor life work balance

People expected to live and die by the company. Targets are unrealistic at times. If section leader or manager expect to work every weekend day and 60 plus hours a week.

Same location

Friendly department but only small contracts available with low hourly rate

Good friendly environment, management do their best to accommodate work life balance. Pay doesn't match competitors for same job role. If you're willing to work extra hours you need to be completely flexible.
