A great place to work!
I only started in the care industry over a year ago and I am so glad I chose ashdown care! The support, the management, the company and the care they give to service users are all second to none! Such an amazing place to work! There’s always opportunities to gain more qualifications and further training within the role which you are fully supported with. I would 100% recommend this family run company who look after their staff very well but have the service users needs at the forefront of everything!

Friendly and most most Rewarding place to work
I had never worked in this industry before and found the prospect quite daunting, but everyone made me feel very welcome, and the training programs weren’t too intense. They gave me plenty of time to complete my training there was no pressure.I’ve worked for Ashdowncare now for 5 years and I can honestly say it’s one of the most Rewarding jobs I’ve had, you get to support some Amazing people, and watch them grow, help them achieve goals they thought they never would, what could be better.
