Answered 26 February 2019Maybe start respecting and listening to your staff so that it doesn’t have to get to the point where your staff are leaving. That would be a great stepping point. Most of the management as ASOS haven’t got a clue what they’re doing. Cult management is not management. It’s not a positive, transparent environment to be a part of so leaving is 99% of the time the ONLY option.

Answered 26 June 2019You have to be like a machine it is inhuman, if you start at 6;30am you have to be there at 6;30am not 6;31am. They can give you a warning for that and you are going down for a minute.
