Challenging

Awful, male sure you keep tools as they won't pay the remaining sum

All around awful company. It's up to you to get most of the work. You spend all day just ripping people off be prepared to get in trouble if you have a kind heart. Be prepared to be told how to do your work by unskilled people who don't know the trade. The top engineers will get the cream of the work, you'll do all the small jobs and if they don't have any leads they will send you home, ...

Bad management

Aspect is such a bad place to work. Long hours, always have to argue about pay, hidden charges and I’m yet to recover my final pay from them. They are trying to steal from me . Been in contact with management. If you will like your peace and know your worth do not work for aspect.

Good progression because everyone quits

No empathy for their employees or customers. Working in credit control I felt like I was commiting crimes every day. After working there for a few years, I can safely say people should avoid this company in every possible way. Most of the employees are poorly trained in the office. Very stressful place to work

My experience with aspect was stressful. Also the amount of jobs that they send it to things that they want you to do, and also their program was terrible. The management team is so awful they can’t run a business the way they do it’s pretty terrible
