Maintenance Electrician. (Current Employee) - London - 4 May 2023

if you want to work 15 hours shifts and get pay 8 join them. they don't pay driving time, you get pay the time you spend on a job not for driving between jobs which is where your spend most of the time. salary is £36.55 per hour gross and you have to pay from your own petrol and Parking ( which is about 1K per month) their deduction are about £250 per month ( public liability insurance, phone, payroll). to summarise is not a very good company to work for

Aspect is such a bad place to work. Long hours, always have to argue about pay, hidden charges and I’m yet to recover my final pay from them. They are trying to steal from me . Been in contact with management. If you will like your peace and know your worth do not work for aspect.

Very stressful place to work

My experience with aspect was stressful. Also the amount of jobs that they send it to things that they want you to do, and also their program was terrible. The management team is so awful they can’t run a business the way they do it’s pretty terrible

Toxic environment

The work environment is toxic and your treated badly. They expect you to work 24/7 and some office staff are very rude to customers but mainly there contractors. There always ripping off customer and engineers. Terrible place to work.
