A company with some great staff that are amazing to work alongside. Some management are out of touch and have unrealistic expectations. Expected to work more hours at no notice.

Good progression because everyone quits

No empathy for their employees or customers. Working in credit control I felt like I was commiting crimes every day. After working there for a few years, I can safely say people should avoid this company in every possible way. Most of the employees are poorly trained in the office. It's a shame as a lot of their engineers were hard-working, honest people who unfortunately worked for terrible management in an awful office. You've been warned - they pay customers to review positively on TrustPilot too...

Pros

They used to open up the beer and wine fridge each Friday for staff

Cons

They stopped opening the fridge, then got rid of it all together.

The worst company I have ever worked at they treat staff really badly the atmosphere is toxic in the office they treat engineering departments like disposable resources and constantly rob them via deductions ruthlessly and treat customers awfully

Not worth it

They don't treat engineers with any respect, and if you refuse work they the you might as well leave, because they don't give you other work the next day. They have loads of hidden fees that they make you sign for on day one, and you always have to argue about your pay on payday. They make you prolong jobs so they can charge customers more.Definitely not worth the hassle and stress they cause you.

Productive and fun workplace

I really enjoyed working at Aspect. There was a lovely work environment with very busy points in the day. I enjoyed working with a great team and booking jobs for a variety of people across London. Perfect weekend job with regular hours.

Good weekend job, paid lunch break and a good team.

not a good place to work, directors are not organised, ripping of customers, just trying to make money from wherever they can. staff get shouted at, not looked after.

Busy and challenging workplace
